Diminazene Diaceturate (Finished product) Assay (By UV)
Standard Preparation: Weigh accurately 100 mg of Diminazene Diaceturate WS in 100 ml volumetric flask add 50 ml distilled water, sonicate for two minutes and make up the volume with distilled water. Take 1 ml of above solution and dilute to 100 ml with distilled water.
Sample Preparation: Weigh accurately about sample equivalent to 100 mg of Diminazene Diaceturate in 100 ml volumetric flask add 50 ml distilled water, sonicate for two minutes and make up the volume with distilled water. Take 1 ml of above solution and dilute to 100 ml with distilled water.
Measure the absorbance Standard and Test solution
at 369 nm
