Preparation of Mobile phase:Prepare a mixture of Water:Acetonitrile (80:20) mix and degas.
Chromatographic conditions :
Column - C18 (250 mm x 4.6 mm) 5
µ or equivalent.
Wavelength - 195 nm
Flow rate - 1.5 ml / Minute

Standard Preparation
Accurately weigh and transfer about 150.0 mg of Benzyl alcohol WS in 100 ml volumetric flask and add about 50 ml of diluents, Sonicate to dissolve and make up the volume 100 ml with diluent. Dilute 5 ml of this solution to 50 ml with diluent.
Sample Preparation
Pipette out sample solution equivalent to 150 mg of Benzyl alcohol in 100 ml volumetric flask, add about 30 of diluents, sonicate and make up the volume 100 ml with diluent. Dilute 5 ml of this solution to 50 ml with diluent.
Procedure : Inject one blank , five replicate injection of standard solution, two replicate injection of sample solution & two bracketing standard solution.
